How Ballard Stays Work...

We start by meeting you at your property to understand your needs, explain how we work and talk through our pricing. We’ll help get your property holiday-ready, advising on everything you need to get started.

Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll photograph your property and create and manage your listings across platforms such as Airbnb.

From there, we do as much or as little as you need — from bookings and guest communication to pricing, promotions, cleaning, laundry and maintenance. We also keep track of your inventory and stock, so the essentials are always taken care of.

You enjoy the income, we take care of the hassle.
