About Us.

We’re Lydia and Grant, a husband and wife team living in a beautiful village in the New Forest, near Christchurch. We share a genuine passion for property, hospitality and creating fantastic guest experiences.

Between us, we have over 15 years’ experience managing long-term and short-term rental properties. We’ve also renovated several properties ourselves, from large extensions to loft conversions, so we understand the care, investment and attention to detail that goes into owning a property.

We manage holiday lets of our own too — including our much-loved bungalow in Bournemouth — and we’re currently purchasing a second property in Southbourne to add to our portfolio. This means we understand holiday letting from an owner’s perspective, as well as the importance of getting every little detail right.

We love creating beautiful, welcoming properties, communicating with guests and making sure they have a stay they’ll remember.

Most importantly, we treat every property we manage as if it were our own. Our aim is to maximise your bookings, protect your investment and take away the hassle of holiday letting, so you can enjoy the rewards without the day-to-day work.

Meet Lydia

Lydia has been involved in property management for more than 15 years, managing both long-term rentals and holiday lets. Over that time, she has developed a real passion for the holiday letting industry and everything that comes with creating a successful property.She loves the finer details that can make a property stand out — from presenting it beautifully and making sure guests have everything they need, to keeping communication personal and making guests feel looked after from the moment they make an enquiry to the moment they check out.Having renovated and managed properties herself, Lydia understands the time, investment and pride that goes into owning a property. She brings that same care and attention to every property she manages, with a focus on maximising bookings while ensuring owners can enjoy the benefits of their property without the hassle.

Meet Grant

Grant is a carpenter by trade and has spent much of his career working in and around property. He has previously owned and successfully run a business specialising in the construction of garden rooms, giving him a wealth of practical knowledge and business experience.He’s naturally hands-on, incredibly practical and has a real eye for detail. Whether it’s a small repair, ongoing maintenance or simply making sure everything is in perfect order for your next guests, Grant takes great pride in keeping properties maintained to the highest standard.
